Lucia Diaz

Lucía, from Arequipa, Peru, graduated in Law in 2021, with experience in Administrative Law, Intellectual Property, and Consumer Protection. Between 2020 and 2021, she completed an internship at the Copyright Directorate of INDECOPI (Lima, Peru), handling work registrations and resolutions in copyright infringement proceedings. In 2022, she worked as a legal assistant at the Police Casino (Lima, Peru), managing labor procedures and contracts, and in 2023 at the Presidency of the Callao Superior Court of Justice, focusing on administrative resolutions and institutional management. In 2024, she obtained U.S. residency through a family petition, sparking her interest in Immigration Law. She is currently seeking to further her training in this field to assist others with empathy and dedication.
